All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final. Because digital manuals and templates are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned once accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is complete.

Before You Buy

Please review each product's description carefully before purchasing, including what's included and who it's designed for. If you have questions about whether a manual is right for your business, contact us before purchasing at info@carrierlaunchacademy.com.

Access Issues

If you experience a technical problem, such as a broken download link, a corrupted file, or you did not receive your purchase, contact us at info@carrierlaunchacademy.com and we will resolve the issue and make sure you receive a working copy of your product.

Incorrect Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at info@carrierlaunchacademy.com. We'll review these requests on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee a refund or exchange once a product has been downloaded.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a digital product you have already downloaded, instead of contacting us directly, may result in being blocked from future purchases. We're always willing to help resolve a real issue, just reach out first.
